We may collect account information such as name, email, mobile number, grade, target exam, login details, payment status, Astro questions, birth details required for Astro Guidance, and basic usage activity needed to run the service.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, verify mobile numbers, process payments, provide Astro Guidance, maintain question history, prevent duplicate account misuse, improve product quality and respond to support requests.

3. Payment Information

Payments are processed through Razorpay. Doubtcircle does not store full card numbers, UPI credentials or sensitive banking credentials. We store payment order IDs, payment IDs, status and plan details required for support, accounting and credit activation.

4. Birth Details and Astro Data

Birth date, birth time and birthplace are used to generate astrology-based guidance. Users should only submit details they are comfortable sharing for this purpose.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We may share limited data with payment processors, hosting providers, infrastructure services or authorities if required by law or necessary to run the platform securely.

6. Security

We use account authentication, mobile verification, server-side access controls and operational safeguards. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free.
