Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Astro Question Credits

Doubtcircle Astro Guidance uses prepaid question credits. A credit is considered used when an Astro question is submitted and an answer is generated or made available in the user account.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if payment was successful but credits were not added, duplicate payment was charged for the same intended purchase, or a technical issue prevented access to the paid credits.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Once a credit has been used and guidance has been delivered, the payment is generally not refundable. Dissatisfaction with a non-guaranteed astrology-based interpretation does not automatically qualify for a refund.

4. Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails or remains pending, credits may not be added. If money is debited but credits do not appear, contact support with your registered email, mobile number, payment ID and screenshot.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary.

6. Cancellation

One-time Astro question packs do not require subscription cancellation. Future recurring services, if introduced, will have separate cancellation terms.
