1. About Doubtcircle

Doubtcircle is a student-first guidance and learning platform. Doubtcircle Astro Guidance is currently live as a paid feature. The academic AI Doubt Solver for IIT-JEE, NEET and school-level questions is under development and may be launched later.

2. Nature of Astro Guidance

Doubtcircle Astro Guidance provides reflective astrology-based guidance and practical direction for study, career, focus, pressure, routine and personal questions. It is not a guaranteed prediction service and should not be treated as professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or emergency advice.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

We do not guarantee exam rank, marks, admission, job, marriage, child, financial gain, health cure, exact future events or any fixed destiny. Users should use the guidance as supportive insight and make decisions responsibly.

4. Paid Credits

Doubtcircle Astro Guidance works through prepaid question credits. Introductory packs may include ₹50 for 1 Astro question and ₹100 for 3 Astro questions. Credits are added after successful payment confirmation and are used when a paid Astro question is answered.

5. User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate account and birth details, ask respectful questions, and avoid abusive, unlawful, misleading or harmful content. Doubtcircle may block abusive, spam or misuse behaviour.

6. Account and Mobile Verification

One mobile number may be restricted to one active verified account to prevent misuse, duplicate benefits and payment abuse. Users are responsible for maintaining access to their registered email and mobile number.

7. Service Availability

We try to keep the platform available, but temporary downtime, maintenance, technical failures, payment gateway delays or third-party service issues may occur.

8. Changes to Terms

Doubtcircle may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
